Students received daily informative emails from these top campus wellness professionals with tips on how to live a healthy and active life at Rutgers University for 21 days.

The goal was to turn health into a habit by incorporating the healthy lifestyle tips and logging daily intentional physical activity minutes in an interactive app to achieve the goal of 150-minutes each week.

Rutgers Students/Faculty/and Staff went above and beyond with their activity!! In the 2017 Campaign, 792 Rutgers affiliates logged a total of 144,283 minutes within the 3-week program, 90% of participants being Rutgers students!

An event providing students with the opportunity to participate in adaptive sports such as wheelchair basketball, beep ball and seated volleyball.

794 students broke the Guinness World record of the most people performing bodybuilding pose simultaneously
